Premio SIEP

CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

The Società italiana di economia pubblica (SIEP) announces the 2017 edition of the SIEP prize.

The prize amounts to € 1000. It is intended for an outstanding unpublished paper, written by author(s) under the age of thirty-five, presented at the XXIX SIEP Conference to be held at the University of Catania on September 21 - 22, 2017 (call for paper and information on the Conference at http://www.siepweb.it/siep/it/xxix-conferenza-2017).

Submitted papers, whether theoretical or empirical, can pertain any subject in the area of public economics and public finance.

To compete for the prize, authors must declare their intention at the time of submission to the conference.

In the case of a jointly written paper, all authors must comply with the age requirement at the deadline for submission. The prize will be equally shared by all authors. Each author may submit more than one paper.

The scientific committee in charge of the selection process is composed by the current and past SIEP Presidents.

The prize will be awarded during the XXIX SIEP Conference in Catania, on September 21 - 22, 2017
